To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years old or legally recognized as an adult in your jurisdiction. By using FinhubWise, you confirm your capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
Our services include, but are not limited to:

Service availability may vary depending on your location and subscription level.
Certain features require creating an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Fees for services and subscriptions are displayed prior to purchase. Payments must be made in advance, unless otherwise specified by written agreement. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, or bank transfers.
Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
The service or subscription has not yet started;
The customer cancels within three (3) business days of purchase;
FinhubWise cannot deliver the purchased service due to internal issues.
Refunds cannot be issued once setup, consultation, or automation work has been initiated. All refund requests must be sent in writing to info@FinhubWise.com within 10 business days of the transaction date.
You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time through your account dashboard or by written notice. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that financial data, transaction records, and personal details entered into the FinhubWise platform are accurate. FinhubWise is not responsible for losses due to incorrect or incomplete data input.
FinhubWise maintains strict confidentiality of all user data and complies with Canadian privacy and data security standards. We utilize encryption and secure data storage systems to protect user information.
FinhubWise shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including data loss, profit loss, or business interruption, resulting from the use or inability to use our services or platform.
While FinhubWise aims to enhance accounting efficiency, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes, tax savings, or compliance approvals.
FinhubWise integrates with third-party accounting software and financial tools. We are not responsible for the performance, privacy practices, or data handling of these third-party systems.
All platform content, code, design elements, and trademarks are the intellectual property of FinhubWise. Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempts to hack, overload, or disrupt services. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of your account.
FinhubWise reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. Termination does not waive outstanding payment obligations.
We may modify, update, or discontinue any feature or service without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
FinhubWise shall not be liable for any delay or failure in service delivery caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, system outages, or government restrictions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation and, if necessary, in the courts of Prince George, BC.
